Tonight is Jeff’s annual company holiday party. He began working for a local HVAC company upon retirement from the Army nearly five years ago and he has been happier than I have ever known him to be. The holidays are here, bringing with them many opportunities for dressing up! So for December’s edition of The Good Buy/Good-Bye Book, we are featuring Wrap Dresses, which is a generic term referencing any dress that forms a front closure by wrapping one side across the other and securing it either in the back or on the side, usually forming a vee neckline.
