We went traveling on lots of little weekend trips this summer, kicking off the season with a weekend of Festival Camping at Smoked Country Jam in June, followed by a weekend trip at the end of July that included a day in Burlington, Vermont, followed by a day in Lake Placid, New York, where we visited the John Brown Farm and Olympic Stadium. Equal Rights For Others Does Not Mean Fewer Rights For You. It’s Not Pie. I saw this tee shirt in a Facebook ad and I had to have it. The message is one that is near and dear to my heart and the delivery of the message really just cracks me up. In particular, the Not Pie part. Really, it’s not pie, folks. Last weekend, we went on a little road trip to Pennsylvania to deliver a very special graduation gift to a very special young woman. Her name is Kallyse and I was the teacher’s aide in her preschool class when she was 4 years old. I quickly developed a very special bond with this incredibly witty and smart, kind and beautiful young girl.
