The Good Buy/Good-Bye Book: Jeans

Welcome to The Good Buy/Good-Bye Book!

This is The Good Buy/Good-Bye Book. A series that I co-host with Nancy where you can choose whether you want to share a Good Buy (which is an item you are really exited about) or a Good-Bye (which is an item you are going to say good-bye to, previously known as a Bad Buy). Every month you can choose which item you want to submit. A Good Buy or a Good-Bye. We will provide the theme for each month. Photos should be submitted to us by the 10th of the month with a few sentences explaining why it is a Good Buy or Good-Bye.

This month’s theme is Jeans and all the fabulous ways that you can style denim. So let’s get right to it…

First up is my fabulous co-host Nancy of Nancy’s Fashion Style with her Good-Bye Jeans.

“These are my only…normal…jeans. The other one is on my blog, culottes. And these are gone now and I bought a new pair. My only pair. Just don’t like jeans that much. However….I do like my new ones! Soon on the blog!”

Nancy

Next is the magnificent Mireille of Chez Mireille with her Good Buy Gray Jeans.

“My Amazon grey jeans I purchased this year for $22: I love them!!”

Now we have the super stylish Jodie of Jodie’s Touch of Style with her Good Buy Statement Jeans.

“I have to admit that I wasn’t on the wide leg jean trend at first. But after I found this pair with the flowers on it, I’m a huge convert!! In fact, I’ve had 2 friends buy these same jeans now too!!!”

The lovely Cindy of Cindy’s ON-Line Recipe Box joined us this month looking fabulous in her Good Buy Jeans.

“I did take a selfie today of a transition to Fall outfit…straight Levis jeans ~ cold shoulder leopard sweater ~ brown sandals.”

Next up is the lovely Ellie of Ellibelle’s Corner with her possibly Good-Bye Jeans.

“I have a somewhat love/hate relationship with these NYDJ boyfriend jeans. They are extremely comfortable but I hate the way they look on my ankles. Still can’t seem to be able to part with them though…but they do seem to frustrate me more than they should…Maybe it’s time to say Good-Bye to these??”

Gorgeous Darlene of Aquamarina Style has shared her favorite Good Buy Jeans.

Darlene of Aquamarina Style

“These slightly distressed flare crop jeans are my absolute favorites! They are a ‘good buy’ from a Loft sale and they get lots of wear! They came in petite so the length is just right. The cropped style looks great with almost any shoe–from sneakers to slides to heels. Love them!”

The beautiful Rena of Fine Whatever has also shared a pair of Good Buy Jeans.

Rena of Fine Whatever

“YAS, guuurlfriends!!! These embellished beauties are one of two pairs of jeans showcased on my blog in the past week. As a newly retired gal, I’m still working on figuring out my new normal, style wise. Fancied up denim with a crisp white shirt and swing jacket might be just the ticket for when social distancing is a thing of the past.”

Rena

And now my Good Buy Jeans.

“I bought these super distressed boyfriend jeans from Old Navy years ago and they are so perfectly broken in and comfortable that they are my favorite go-to jeans. I love to dress them up or down and anywhere in between. Definitely a Good Buy.”
