The Good Buy/Good-Bye Book: Scarves & #SpreadTheKindness Link Up On the Edge #743
We celebrated the gray days of January last month and we are wrapping up in scarves for this month. Without wasting any more words, let’s get straight to it.
The Good Buy/Good-Bye Book is a monthly series hosted by Nancy of Nancy’s Fashion Style and myself. Every month, we invite you to share a photo or two of your Good (or Bad) Buy items that fit the stated theme. We ask that you also provide a short description explaining if the item you are sharing was a Good Buy or one that you will be saying Good-Bye to (formerly known as Bad Buys). Nancy and I will both publish a round up post featuring all of the submissions on the 15th of each month.
Anyone who would like to participate and be featured can send us their photos with a short description via email. You do not have to be a blogger to join. Anyone is welcome! We will give you the theme for the next month at the conclusion of each post. Photos will be due to us by the 10th of the month.
If you sent me a photo, but do not see it in my post, be sure to check Nancy’s post. If you don’t see your photo in either post, please let us know right away and we will add it. Sometimes the submissions get lost in the shuffle.

Up Next for March: Winter Coats
You are invited to join us in March to share your favorite (or least favorite) Winter Coats. All you have to do is bundle up in your best cold weather outerwear and take a photo to send us. You are welcome to submit two photos if you’d like to be featured on both blogs. Remember to include a brief description about your submissions. Please email your photos and descriptions by the 10th of March to shelbeeontheedge@gmail.com or to info@nancysfashionstyle.com so we can add you to The Good Buy/Good-Bye Book.
*By joining The Good Buy/Good-Bye Book, you agree to receive a monthly reminder email for this series.

I have been shocked at how much I wear scarves now when years ago I never did. This was a fun prompt and I’m surprised more people didn’t join in.

Thanks so much for joining us for this one, Jodie! I was surprised that we didn’t have more submissions, too. I can’t believe the amount of scarves I have accumulated over the years. They come in handy in so many ways!

You all are rocking those scarves! I love them as well, especially when there is a chill in the air. Have a great week ahead, and thanks for hosting.

Yikes; I had no idea how diry my mirrow was until seeing that photo blown up! I just love scarves and have such a hard time not buying them all. Now… winter coats, on the other hand are always my least favorite clothing item! I mean I love that they keep me warm but I hate that I even need them!

Oh my gosh, I did not notice your mirror at all! My mirrors are always dirty. LOL I have a hard time not buying all the scarves, too! I do love my winter coats but I definitely hate that I need them. I wish I only needed scarves to keep me warm! Thanks so much for joining us, my friend.

I remember wearing scarves as belts in the 90s. I also used to wear the square ones (folded into triangles) looped around my neck back then. They looked like big old bibs! I love scarves and how they can add so much extra to an outfit. Thanks for the link up, Shelbee!

Oh my gosh, Marsha, I used to wear the little square neckerchiefs all the time back in my 20s! When I worked on Wall Street, my daily work outfit formula was a snazzy pants or dress suit (I rarely wore skirts even back then but I did like those suits that were a dress and matching blazer). Then I almost always accessorized with a dainty little neck scarf and super sassy high heeled shoes! I do not miss getting all dressed up in corporate attire though. I do not miss it one bit! Thanks so much for joining us for the scarf round up!
