Shelbee on the Rags: “Raggedy Annie” Shaggy Raggy Garland
I have another shaggy raggy garland to share with y’all! This one was made from the same collection of fabric scraps that I used to make the shaggy raggy skirts for Découpage Denise and Patchwork Shelbee.
I wanted this garland to have a mismatched color palette and pattern scheme for a true bohemian raggery vibe. It’s got a little bit of everything and it really makes me smile.
If you are interested in my other raggery projects, click here.
Except for the few pieces that I have incorporated into my permanent home decor, the rest of my raggery crafts are for sale. If you see any that interest you, please let me know and we will discuss prices and shipping options.
I have so much fun creating my raggy works but I am running out of places to store them all, so I would love to find beautiful homes for at least some of them!
Keeping it on the rags,
Shelbee

I love all of your raggery projects. I wish I had a place where one would work. I need true window coverings since our backyard neighbors are quite close, unfortunately. Have you looked into selling on Etsy? I bet, if you could figure out a way to create them without the hanger part, you could sell them like hotcakes there. I don’t know anything at all about Etsy, though, so it might not even be worth your while.

Thanks so much, my friend! You definitely need lots of window coverage, for sure. My kitchen window looks directly into my neighbor’s kitchen window, so I totally get it. They are lovely folks, but I do not need to be staring at them when I’m getting my morning coffee. And I doubt they want to be looking at my face first thing in the morning either. LOL I will check out Etsy but I have a feeling it’s way more trouble than it’s worth.

Those are all super cool and I love that wolf painting. Very nice.

Thanks so much, Patrick! Jeff brought that wolf blanket back from Germany when he was stationed there way back at the beginning of his career. It’s covering our broken old stove and keeping the draft out until we get this darn chimney repaired.
