Ruby Ribbon Lace Leggings

Do you remember a few weeks ago when I shared my Ruby Ribbon wish list? Well, I did order two of the camis, the Lace Full Support Cami in Deep Sea and the Sheer Full Support Cami in Black. They are such a great alternative to bras! Super comfortable, moisture wicking, and supportive!

*This is not a sponsored post. All thoughts and opinions are entirely my own.

With my purchase of the two camis, I was eligible to receive $30 off a pair of capri leggings and I chose the Lace Capri Leggings in Black. Let me first tell you that I don’t wear leggings very often at all, but I couldn’t resist the sassy lace trim and the built in tummy support. I am looking forward to styling them with a cute sheer top and sandals when the weather gets warm enough for that…which by the way, we are almost there! I was so excited to try them out as soon as I received them in the mail and it was still snowing…because April in the North Country…it still snows. So I went with a denim shirtdress, a cozy cardigan, and my blue velvet booties. Of course, I had to add a scarf and winter hat as well.

The weather was kind of awful the day I shot these photos. The light was bad. It was snowing and raining and the wind was blowing. After the fourth time that the wind blew over my tripod, I gave up! So I am sharing what I’ve got, but I think you can still see how cute and versatile these leggings are!

While I decided not to become a Ruby Ribbon stylist at this time due to way too many already existing obligations, I have to let you know what a fan I am of this company and their line of camis and other apparel. My new friend, Carol, is ever so helpful and very knowledgeable about all the benefits and sizing of Ruby Ribbon products, so I encourage you to check out her website and contact her with any questions!

Stay tuned for my review of the camis as well as a new wish list featuring my favorite Ruby Ribbon apparel!

Keeping it on the edge,

Shelbee

    Super cute, Shelbee….
Now since you answered my question about getting the follow up comments by email. Do you know how I can get just the reply to my comment, and not everyone elses?? (I’m sure it’s just as obvious as the first concern…ha ha)

Oh no, Jodie! I don’t know if that’s possible! Which is why I never check that box when I comment! There are a few blogs that I have commented on that default with that box checked to receive follow up comments, then I get a million emails! So I am careful to make sure NOT to receive follow up comments. I think it is the commenting program that I use. Do you think it would be beneficial for me to consider changing what I use for commenting (if I can…I don’t know if it is part of my blog template or not…I don’t remember). I would love your ideas on that! And I apologize if you were just inundated with other people’s comments! So annoying!

By the way, if anyone else reads this comment, please share your thoughts on this commenting issue/matter!

I have just recently heard of Ruby Ribbon and it’s so intriguing to me. I was thinking what a valuable service this is and I’m actually considering becoming a stylist – without ever even trying their product! Is this crazy! Timely post Shelbee!

Their products really are fabulous, Kellyann, and the company seems so great to work with! So I don’t think taking a leap of faith on something you are passionate about is all that crazy! Do you have a stylist nearby that you can at least try on some of the camis? I am wearing one today and I am so comfy!

No! I guess I need to contact the company to see if there is someone close by. I had never heard of them until recently which is a good sign imo since it seems the market isn’t yet saturated. I’ll have to do a little digging!
        Thanks Shelbee!!!

        • shelbeeontheedge@gmail.com

It definitely is not saturated, Kellyann. My stylist, Carol, just shared her information in the comments. She will help you out. She is fantastic. Definitely contact her with any questions and she will walk you through everything! Keep me posted on what you decide!

The leggings are super cute. I know what you mean about the weather it was snowing in Columbus off and on over last week. How are you like the cami’s? I have thought about ordering but am not sure.

    • shelbeeontheedge@gmail.com

Thanks so much, Victoria! I really do like the camis. I have had one on all day today. My breasts are very dense and quite heavy though and I feel like they are not lifted quite as well as I would like them to be. But under a loose fitting shirt, I really like the camis! I hope the snow has stopped for all of us. Have a great week!

I just love a good pair of leggings! You wear them well, and I’m going to check out Ruby Ribbon leggings for sure! Thanks so much for another awesome post, Shelbee!

  • Marilee Gramith

The leggings are very cute and the lace gives them a sexy lingerie vibe. I’m thinkin these will be really versatile under any dress you think is just a tad too short…BOOM! It’s a darling tunic and lacy leggings!!

    • shelbeeontheedge@gmail.com

Thanks, Jude! Leggings are definitely great for those too short dresses! And I have a quite few of them in my closet…being 5’8″ and the fact they make dresses so darn short these days! I am certain these leggings will get much wear!
