It is the end of the week and the end of the month which means it is time for a link party and a reminder! For July’s Good Buy/Good-Bye Book, we are featuring a classic summer staple…Shorts!
What is The Good Buy/Good-Bye Book?
The Good Buy/Good-Bye Book is a monthly series hosted by Nancy of Nancy’s Fashion Style and myself. Every month, we invite you to share a photo or two of your Good (or Bad) Buy items that fit the stated theme. We ask that you also provide a short description explaining if the item you are sharing was a Good Buy or one that you will be saying Good-Bye to (formerly known as Bad Buys). Nancy and I will both publish a round up post featuring all of the submissions on the 15th of each month.
Remember anyone who would like to participate and be featured can send us their photos with a brief description via email. You do not have to be a blogger to join. Anyone is welcome! We will give you the theme for the next month at the conclusion of each post. Photos for Shorts will be due to us by the 10th of this month and we will be posting on July 16 for this round. They can be short shorts, Bermuda shorts, extra long shorts, biker shorts, sport shorts, overall shorts, short rompers, or even skorts.
We featured shorts for this series 5 years ago but since we are running out of themes we have to start repeating some!
I used to wear shorts with much more frequency than I do now. Since I already shared a big round up of my shorts collection up to July 2019, this post will feature the shorts I have worn since July 2019.

I hope you remember, Marsha! Although your comment made me a little sad that you didn’t previously wear shorts because other people might not like your legs. Who cares what other people think?! I like the shorts with tights concept. I’ve never worn shorts much as an adult, because I’m not a fan of my legs. But this might work. 😀

Yes! Shorts with tights are super cute. I started wearing shorts with tights some time in the late 1980s and it still works! But on the topic of legs, you should love, appreciate, and celebrate your legs for carrying you this far through life. They are good legs!
