Reminder: The Good Buy/Good-Bye Book-Maxi Skirts or Dresses

We had so much fun last month with all of the creative Halloween costumes that were shared, but now it’s time to get back to the basics. This month’s theme for The Good Buy/Good-Bye Book should be easy enough to prompt lots of participation. If you wear long skirts or dresses, then won’t you send us a photo or two to be featured in a big round up of fabulous maxi styles!

I have always thought of myself as a style chameleon of sorts as my personal fashion choices never fit neatly into one style genre. There really aren’t very many things in fashion that I don’t love and maxi skirts and dresses are no different. Styled right, a ground skimming skirt or dress can transform you into whatever kind of street style star you want to be…from girlish and feminine to punk rock or grunge, a maxi is the perfect canvas to showcase your personality.

What is The Good Buy/Good-Bye Book?

It is a monthly series that Nancy and I both publish on our blogs on the 15th of each month. Anyone who would like to participate and be featured can send us their photos with a short description explaining if the item was a Good Buy or one that you will be saying Good-Bye to. You do not have to be a blogger to join. Anyone is welcome. We will give you the theme for the next month in each post. Photos will be due to us by the 10th of the month. So please join us for November by sending some photos and descriptions of your favorite (or least favorite) Maxi Skirt or Dress styles to shelbeeontheedge@gmail.com or to info@nancysfashionstyle.com by November 10, 2021. You are welcome to submit more than one photo if you would like features on both of our blogs.
