My Holiday Sweater Collection & #SpreadTheKindness Link Up #254

Last week, my blogging friend Marsha of Marsha in the Middle shared a really fun and festive post, The Great Christmas Sweater Debate, showcasing her beautiful collection of holiday jumpers. I found myself smiling all the way through as she described each wearable work of art and styled them all for a jolly little collection of Christmas sweater outfits. So I decided that I would put together a similar round up post of my holiday sweater collection. Maybe you will find some inspiration for your own Christmas style this year. If not, I hope you at least find yourself smiling as I did at Marsha’s post!

Holiday Corgi Sweater

This cute little jumper is the newest in my holiday sweater collection. I picked this up at the end of last winter on Torrid clearance and couldn’t wait for the season to roll back around so I could wear it. I like that it is not truly a holiday sweater but more of a winter themed sweater that can be worn throughout the entire cold season.

Snowflake Sweaters

Both of these snowflake sweaters are a few years old from Kohl’s. The blue one is the brand Croft & Barrow and it is one of my very favorite holiday colors. I have a particular fondness for the giant embroidered snowflake in the middle. I remember when I bought this sweater, they also had a dark green one with a different snowflake that I really wanted but I could not find my size. Now I wish I had bought it in the wrong size because it might fit me now!

The pinkish colored one is LC by Lauren Conrad and is a really soft fuzzy knit that feels so good to wear. I have had this sweater for about 5 or 6 years and have struggled with styling it until last year. Now that I have figured it out, I really like this sweater very much.

Scotty Dog Sweater

I cannot even tell you how long I have had this sweater. I bought it at Walmart countless years ago for some crazy cheap price. It’s a size 4X so it is oversized but I love it with leggings. It is made of some awful acrylic fibers that create way too much static cling but if I add a layer underneath it’s not too uncomfortable as far as fabrics go. I still wear it every holiday season because there is just something special about Scotty dogs for the holidays.

Reindeer Sweater

This is another LC by Lauren Conrad sweater from Kohl’s. I bought it at the same time as the pink snowflake one and struggled the same with styling it. But I will hang onto it because one cannot have enough variety in holiday sweaters, I think.

Bah! Hum-Pug Sweater

When I worked at Charlotte Russe a few years ago, all employees were offered any holiday sweater of our choosing for $10. I could not resist this adorable Bah! Hum-pug sweater and have worn it at least once every Christmas since I have had it.

The Family All Decked Out for Christmas

I do believe that 2017 was the year that we last had professional family photos taken. I had won a family photoshoot from a local photographer, Sarissa Marissa Photography, and we had such a fun time doing this shoot. Just click on the photo or post link to see all the other images.
