My Happiness Chocolate & #SpreadTheKindness Link Up #107

This is a sponsored post. The product was provided to me for purposes of this review. As always, all thoughts and opinions are entirely my own.

Recently, I shared with you my experience with hemp oil extract for treatment of headache pain, menstrual cramp pain, and aiding better sleep patterns. An added bonus that I noticed with daily use of White Cedar Naturals Organic Full Spectrum Hemp Extract Oil was that I was able to maintain a much clearer focus on my daily tasks all day long. I had stopped taking the oil for a few days and tried to take it on an as-needed basis, but I don’t find that it works as effectively for me. I basically need to take one dropper full twice a day to maintain my level of clarity as well as gain more restful nights of slumber.

Organic Full-Spectrum Hemp Extract Oil

The oil is flavored with a blend of organic cinnamon and peppermint extracts. And while it really doesn’t taste bad at all, some may be bothered by the oily sensation that is left behind. It doesn’t really bother me as it is easily washed down with a sip of water. But if putting oil under your tongue is not really your thing, you can get the same benefits from the properties of the organic CBD in a delicious chocolate bar. I like chocolate just as much as the next girl, so I did not hesitate at all in ordering one to try.

Organic Raw Hemp Extract Chocolate

I was excited when my Hemp Chocolate Bar arrived and immediately tore it open with the same enthusiasm that Charlie Bucket shredded into his chocolate bar hoping for a golden ticket. But I might have been more excited than Charlie when I saw what was inside…just look at the adorable engraving on the chocolate itself. You literally can’t not smile. I mean it is directing you to do just that. So you get the best of all things positive…a message of peace, love, and laughter right on your organic supplement to lead you to a better quality of life.

I quickly broke off the section that read “Smile” and nibbled away like a child deprived of sweets. It had a rich and clean flavor of organic and unprocessed cacao sweetened with coconut sugar which struck me as odd at first. We are so used to all the extra added sugars in anything sweet that the natural flavors become foreign to our tainted taste buds. But by my second helping a few days later, the section that read “Love”, I knew what to expect and it was quite delicious. And it is just the right amount, a tiny little bite of sweetness to satisfy a sugar craving. Made of all organic and raw ingredients with a positive message and many health benefits, I have now coined this chocolate bar My Happiness Chocolate.

If chocolate and oils are of no interest to you, White Cedar Naturals also offers the same benefits of hemp extract in Organic Vegan & Hemp Extract Gummies. These are available in 3 different dosages. I am not a big fan of the texture of gummies, so I am still on the fence about trying these. But if I do, I will be sure to keep you informed.

Have you tried any organic all natural products for pain relief or as sleep aids? If so, I would love to hear your experience. And remember, the message of my chocolate is clear: Smile, Love, Dance, Laugh, Peace. And when something works for you, keep spreading the word. And spreading the kindness.

Johanna of Johanna Grange shared her post, The Best Dang Chili for a Cold Weekend. Well now, that is speaking my language as every weekend here is a very cold weekend indeed. And I haven’t made chili in quite some time. I do make an award winning turkey pumpkin chili (for real, it won second place at a chili cook off in my husband’s Army unit a few years back). But I am always game for a new recipe. And Johanna’s looks a bit healthier than my own. I will be adding this to my meal planning over the next week or two.

Stephanie of Glamorous and Geeky shared a post that was difficult for her to write but will be so beneficial to anyone struggling with the same or similar issues. You all know where I stand on continuing the conversations around mental illness. We can’t eliminate the stigma if we are too afraid to talk about it. So please send Stephanie some love and support as she opens up about her journey in her post, Dealing with Mental Illness: Trichotillomania.
