Back in July of 2018, I shared a post called The Great Underwear Debacle: Chasing the Perfect Panties. Since the writing of that article, I have tried countless more panties on my quest for the perfect pair. Some have been good, some not so good, and some better than others. Then in September of 2021, I had the opportunity to collaborate with WAMA Underwear and try their hemp panties and sports bra. I even got my husband on board to try out the hemp boxers. And I must say that I think my search for the perfect panties is over!

I loved the hemp fabric against my delicate private parts so much that my first pairs of WAMA hemp underwear quickly became favorites. The more I wear and wash them, the softer the fabric becomes, making them better with each wear. The fit and the fabric are definitely the most comfortable of all the other panties that are overflowing out of my underwear drawer and I find myself reaching for them more than any of the others…even my favorite pairs from before-WAMA. So when they asked if I wanted to try some other styles, I did not hesitate at all.

The first WAMA hemp products I tried were the Racerback Bralette in Black, the Boy Shorts in WAMA Green, and the Bikini Underwear also in WAMA Green (which I love, by the way, it is my favorite shade of green). My husband tried the Boxers in WAMA Green and wears them in continuous underwear rotation as well. For my newest hemp underwear, I chose the High Waisted Underwear in both Black and WAMA Green and the Triangle Bralette in WAMA Green.

Of the three styles of panties I have tried, I definitely prefer the high waisted underwear so I am really happy that I ordered two pairs of these. Although the boy shorts are really super comfortable as well. I generally don’t like the way boy shorts fit. They are usually too short in the waist for my body and I feel drafty in my butt, but not with these. I actually may order the boy shorts in Black as well. The bikinis were equally comfortable but I still prefer the high waisted panties as I find that cut more comfortable.

I was nervous about the Triangle Bralette though because I do have a very large bust that requires lots of support. But I wanted to give it a try because it’s cute. And it turns out that it is even cuter on me than I thought it would be! However, it definitely does not offer enough support for me to wear underneath any tightly fitted clothing. It is more like a lounge bra for me, but I love it. And my husband really loved it on me, too! My bra size is currently a 36DDD and I ordered the X-large. But I think the large might be better in the band size for me. So I might be ordering the triangle bralette in Black as well.
