5 Tips for Choosing the Right Waist Trainer & #SpreadTheKindness Link Up #202
Are you a victim of those unwanted dents along the sides of your hips popularly known as hip dips? Are all those exercises resulting in no visible changes in your body? Do you keep buying peplum tops in an effort to conceal your hips?
If you answered yes to any of these questions, then it may be time to consider these waist trainers to get rid of hip dip in the least time possible. According to customer reviews, the following waist trainers and thigh trimmers from Shapellx can effectively improve your posture and maximize the power of body shaping pieces.

1. NeoSweat Sports Vest with Double Belts
Core toning just got fabulous with this two-belted sticker vest waist shaper! For those who have extra weight around the abdominal region, this double belt waist trainer strengthens your core muscles down to your hips. The two belts attached to it, its prime feature, will ensure that the compression on your waist and stomach remains optimal, resulting in an even tummy.
2. Sweat-Inducing Fitness Belt with Double Waistband
This waist trainer is another wonderful product worthy of recommendation and is particularly useful for plus sizes. The thermogenic neoprene fabric speeds up the perspiration process. Therefore, when you wear this product while exercising at home or working out at the gym, the reduction in calories occurs faster. But that’s not the best part. This fitness belt is lined with ten steel bones so that your back stays upright. In addition to the neoprene waist trainer, Shapellx.com offers a versatile selection of the best waist trainers on the market today. Why not invest in a suitable waist trainer to achieve the results you want?
3. Stylish Torso Cincher with Flower Printing Worth the Flaunt
Who said that shapewear is only meant to be worn beneath our clothing? With this super-control women’s waist trainer featuring a gorgeous graphic flower print, you can walk out with your waist trainer visible, your head held high, and take control of the world. Like other Shapellx products, this waist trainer will reduce your hip dips by compressing your silhouette while also helping to induce sweating so you can burn those extra calories. Moreover, the addition of seven steel supporting bones will make it just the right fit for all types of torsos.
4. NeoSweat™ 3-In-1 Waist and Thigh Trimmer Butt Lifter
What if you could get your waist and thighs toned and slimmed simultaneously with little effort and at the same price as a basic waist trainer? Amazing, right? Shapellx offers this option in the ideal gym gear…a waist trainer and thigh slimmer which works wonders in minimizing hip dips. And you never have to worry about the product slipping down your waist thanks to the non-slip neoprene.
5. Upgraded Waist Trainer with Three Belts
A more advanced version of the two belted waist trainer, this triple belt waist trainer will provide additional compression to your abdomen. It has seven steel bones to help curve that hourglass torso and a latex layer at the core to burn off stomach fat.
Have you ever tried waist training products to lose those stubborn hip dips? If you haven’t, definitely check out the amazing selection from Shapellx. The demand is high especially as we embark on all the eating that happens during the winter holiday season. They also offer other shapewear for women to effortlessly streamline and accentuate your curves when you step out wearing your favorite bodycon dress, evening gown, bandage dress and any other outfits.

Kellyann, thanks so much! I have absolutely no waist definition and I could use some assistance trimming down the belly fat! I think these are a great idea for toning down the bumps if you can tolerate the squeeziness of waist trainers! I have tried them before and I cannot tolerate it. So, like you, I work with what I’ve got!

It’s a pretty interesting concept, Jill. I know a few women who have used them for weight loss and burning tummy fat and had a lot of luck with them. But you have to wear them consistently for those results.

You have got all the bumps and bulges covered, Shelbee!
My problem areas are tummy and waist. I never had a defined waist even when very thin.
Rosemary
shelbeeontheedge@gmail.com
Ha, thanks so much, Rosemary! I have never had waist definition either. I have tried waist trainers before for certain clothing and they still don’t cinch me and make my waist look these models! We can only do so much but at the end of the day we are left with what we were given and that really is good enough!

i have my mom’s small waist, so no waist trainer and I just don’t like compression with having EDS. ( sensitivity)
Those a re some nice suggestions though!
Wanting to wish you and your family a Merry Christmas!

Jess, thanks so much. I imagine the compression would be unpleasant with EDS. I am not that comfortable in compression either and I don’t have chronic pain. Thanks for stopping by. I hope y’all have a fabulous Christmas!

Sometimes I like some support especially with more shaped dresses. These look like they definitely suck everything in.
shelbeeontheedge@gmail.com
I am the same, Nora. I don’t think I could wear a waist trainer daily. I have tried them before and they are very squeezy. But I know a few women who have had much success with them as well. Wishing you a Merry Christmas!

As far as things like waist trainers, (and even my makeup app for my photos) I always have mixed emotions. One part me thinks, “oh it would be nice to look like I want to look,” and the other part of me says, “fuck Hollywood for making women feel their natural bodies aren’t good enough.” LOL! Yes, I may be a bit confused.
Michelle

shelbeeontheedge@gmail.com
Oh my gosh, Michelle, I think the same exact way! It is hard to shake the messages that society has deeply ingrained in us, isn’t it? But then we have moments of clarity when we realize our natural bodies are perfect the way they are. But I really don’t need my perfect lumps bulging out through my clothes all the time, do I? Hahaha. For real, I am confused, too!

These are great options for waist shapers. It’s so cool that there are different variety to choose from. I don’t wear a lot of body con pieces but even then my belly needs any help! My favorite option is #4. I hope you are having a great week so far and happy Tuesday!

Maureen, thanks so much! I like that they offer lots of different options as well to target different problem areas. I don’t much like to wear squeezy undergarments, but they are great for under certain special occasion clothing. I hope you are having a fabulous week!

Thank you for these tips. I have quite a boyish shape and have always been envious of girls I know who have a tiny waist. I have needed to get my Brigitte Jones pants now and again, some outfits demand it, especially materials like satin. Merry Christmas to you and yours Shelbee. Have a wonderful time.
Alison xx
shelbeeontheedge@gmail.com
Thanks so much, Alison! I am right there with you. I have no waist definition at all and often rely on Brigitte’s under pants as well! Haha. That’s a really funny reference, by the way. I think I am just going to use the term “Brigitte’s underwear” forevermore to refer to any kind of shapewear! I hope you have a wonderful Christmas, my friend!
