I’ve used acv and aloe before, but that was before I got rid of my acne so it did’t really help. Now I’ve been doing peels and micro-needling.

Oooh, thanks for sharing what you have been doing for acne and residual acne issues. I still take my daily flaxseed oil (which I know you can’t use) and it has kept the cyclical acne really at a minimum. I used to get it every single month but now it pops up like every 6th cycle or so. It is much more tolerable that way!
