The Last Kimonos of Summer with Shoe Dazzle

Hello, Shoe Dazzle! Where have you been all my life? This site is a blessing and a curse. I am in shoe addict heaven trying to hold tight to my money which seems to have some sort of fantastic magnetic pull in the direction of this seemingly endless selection of adorable, affordable footwear. Yes. Yes. I understand that membership sites like this target weaknesses like mine. And in my case, they have targeted me quite successfully. Actually, I had no intention of joining at all. Except gladiator sandals.

If you follow me on Instagram, you may remember my favorite knee high black gladiator sandals that bit the dust back in June. If you don’t follow me on Instagram, you can do that right here. If you don’t remember my favorite gladiator sandals, you can see them here.

Anyway, since that fateful day in June when I carefully placed my beloved shoes into the trash can with tears in my eyes, I have been searching for a replacement pair. I would have not imagined the challenge that lie before me. I literally could not find black knee high gladiator sandals in my size anywhere. Finally, I found a cute pair on Poshmark, new in the box. I jumped on them. Much to my disappointment, however, the seller never sent them so I canceled my order and started the search all over again. And finally, like a unicorn making its appearance in my dreams, I spotted these at Shoe Dazzle. I simply had no choice but join as VIP member and get these sandals on their way to my house.

So I thought this post would be a great time to showcase my last kimonos of summer with my fabulous new Davonny Gladiator Sandals. So please excuse me while I just share with you a straight forward outfit post!  But you get two outfits in one post!
