I want to thank you all for the wonderful feedback on my posts about the yoga affirmations and chakra practices that I have been incorporating into my weekly exercise and meditation routine. I have previously shared Affirmations for Confidence and Self Esteem (Solar Plexus Chakra), Affirmations for Creativity and Sensuality (Sacral Chakra), and Affirmations for Love and Compassion (Heart Chakra).
